   The fee includes cold water, a basic offering from Tele2 (TV, broadband 100/100, IP telephony) and a storage room. The association charges heating and hot water with a flat rate fee. Basic heating of approximately 18 degrees is included in the fee and then additional heating and hot water are charged at SEK 55/m2 and year. Don't forget to sign your own electricity contract before moving in.
