Föreningen har 48 bilparkeringar samt 4 platser för moped, mindre MC eller liknande fordon. Om du vill ställa dig i kö för en parkeringsplats eller vill byta din befintliga plats så använder du formulären nedan. Kötiden varierar, oftast mindre än 1 år.

Parking spaces
Upper floor: 1-12 without roof.
Upper floor: 13-24 carport.
Lower level: 25-48 carport.
Upper floor: 49-52 motorbikes/mopeds (coming soon)

The cost of parking is 850 SEK for a space in a carport, 650 SEK for a space without a roof and 200 SEK for a motorcycle/moped per month. Please note that Fenix Fastigheter AB charges a fee of SEK 750 excl. VAT for signing the contract. This one-time fee is also charged for changes that require a new agreement, e.g. when changing from a parking space without a roof to a carport or vice versa.

All car parking spaces are prepared for installing charging boxes, either by renting on a subscription basis or purchasing a box and signing an electricity contract with the supplier Elaway.

Parking Rental Policy

Only one parking space per apartment is allowed.

To rent a parking space, the member must own a vehicle in drivable condition and legally operational.

Parking cannot be included with the apartment in the event of a sale, for example. New members can join the queue when the transfer agreement is submitted to our manager Fenix Fastigheter AB.

Only one vehicle may be used per parking space. Motorcycles or mopeds may not be parked together with a car in the same space. 

It is not permitted to sublet the parking space. However, if the apartment is sublet with the board's approval, the parking space may be included in the rental for the same period. This must be stated in the rental contract.

The notice period is 1 month for a car space, 3 months for a motorcycle/moped.
