Every month you pay a monthly fee to the association. The fee is intended to cover the association's ongoing operating costs. Cold water, 100/100 Mbps broadband, Tele2 Play (basic package), and landline telephony are included in the fee. 

The association charges for heating and hot water via a flat-rate fee. Basic heating of approximately 18°C is included in the fee, after which supplementary heating and hot water are charged at SEK 55 per square meter per year.

Don't forget to sign an individual electricity contract when moving in.

Condominium insurance

The association has taken out property insurance with Brandkontoret Fastighetsförsäkring i Stockholm AB, which includes collective condominium supplement coverage (bostadsrättstillägg). Therefore, you do not need to include a condominium supplement in your home insurance.

The condominium supplement generally covers items for which the resident is responsible regarding maintenance and repair, but which are not taken with you when moving. A few examples include surface finishes, household appliances, and kitchen cabinet doors.
