   I avgiften ingår kallvatten, ett basutbud från Tele2 (TV, bredband, IP-telefoni) och ett förråd. Föreningen debiterar värme och varmvatten med en schablonavgift. Grundvärme om ca 18 grader ingår i ordinarie avgift och därefter debiteras tillskottsvärme och varmvatten med 55 kr/kvm och år. Glöm inte att teckna ett eget elavtal inför tillträdet.
