New manager – fee payment
Since January 1st this year, the association has had a new manager, Fenix Fastighet AB. For the first three months of the year, all members received notices for the monthly fee in their mailboxes. Now e-invoices and direct debits will work as before for those of you who have reported this. Annual General Meeting in June
The association's annual general meeting will take place on Thursday, June 12, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. As last year, the meeting will be held at Xylem's premises at Sundby Park.
Cleaning day May 11
On Sunday, May 11th between 10am and 12pm, the association will have a joint cleaning day. Among other things, we will sweep our bike storage areas, pick up trash, clean entrances and tidy up our general outdoor environment. We hope that as many people as possible can join in and contribute.
No cars in the courtyard
We ask all residents not to drive on the walkways and grassy areas in the inner courtyard. The lawn and areas there are not intended for car traffic.
Salon Ewelina Dubowska AB
The Fix sisters will now move out and continue their business elsewhere. Instead, we welcome Ewelina Dubowska as a new tenant. She will be running a hairdressing business in our premises starting on April 1st.
Bring parcel box
Along Milstensvägen, the postal company Bring will set up a parcel box in the spring where you will be able to pick up ordered packages.
Sand sweeping
Last Friday, March 23, the association's walkways and parking lots were swept clean of gravel. Unfortunately, the board had not been informed in advance and we could not warn residents to move their cars from the parking lot. We apologize for this.

Building the Noble School
The Noble School has submitted a planning application to build a sports hall on its land. It is intended to consist of two basement floors and is located next to the fenced football field down towards their car park.
Reminder about new Tele2 agreement
Since February, all members of the association have been entitled to a faster broadband connection than before. To take advantage of this, you need to contact Tele2 customer service for group contract customers to upgrade to the correct service. The number is 0775-17 17 20.
