Change for parking spaces

For those of you who are or will be queuing for a parking space. From September 1, 2025, the manager, Fenix AB, will charge a one-time fee for signing the contract. This fee is currently SEK 750 plus VAT. Please note that this one-time fee will also be charged for changes that require a new agreement, e.g. when changing from one space to another or changing from an open parking space to a carport or vice versa.
