Join the board

Today's board needs reinforcement! We are too few, which means there is a great risk that many tasks will need to be rented out for payment. This could ultimately mean increased fees.

Even more seriously, the district court can appoint a special administrator under the Tenancy Rights Act if too few members get involved. This is not only very expensive but also very inefficient, as such a board only does the absolute necessary and nothing more.

A common misconception is that involvement in the board takes a lot of time, but the board meets once a month and in addition to this, we communicate digitally.

The work on the board is both educational and meaningful. Get in touch – we welcome new members. The nomination committee can be reached via styrelsen@ursvikshojden.se

Matos

A number of residents have reported cooking fumes coming in through the ventilation. Our manager has identified the fault but the work will need to be carried out during spring/summer due to the temperature. As soon as there is news, the board will return with information on when the problem is expected to be fixed.
