The association has 48 car parking spaces and 4 spaces for motorbikes/mopeds. If you would like to queue for a parking space, please contact Fenix Fastigheter AB via email: info@fenixab.se or on 08-208 208. Specify whether you want to rent a carport, car parking without a roof or space for a motorcycle/moped. The waiting time varies, usually less than 1 year.

Parking spaces
Upper floor: 1-12 without roof.
Upper floor: 13-24 carport.
Lower level: 25-48 carport.
Upper level: 49-52 motorbikes/mopeds

The cost of parking is 850 SEK for a space in a carport, 650 SEK for a space without a roof and 200 SEK for a motorcycle/moped per month.

All car parking spaces are prepared for installing charging boxes, either by renting on a subscription basis or purchasing a box and signing an electricity contract with the supplier Elaway.

Parking Rental Policy

Only one parking space per apartment is allowed.

The apartment owner is the leaseholder of the parking space, and subletting the parking space is not permitted. However, if the apartment is sublet with the board's approval, the parking space may also be included in that sublease for the same period. This must be stated in the tenancy agreement.

The association's manager, Fenix Fastigheter AB, charges a one-time administrative fee for signing a contract. This fee is currently SEK 938. Please note that this one-time fee will also be charged for changes that require a new agreement, e.g. when changing from a parking space without a roof to a carport or vice versa.

The owner of the right of occupancy is a tenant and it is not permitted to sublet his parking space. If the apartment is sublet with the approval of the board, however, the parking space may also be included in this rental for the same period. This must be stated in the rental contract.

To rent a parking space, it is required that the member owns a vehicle in drivable condition (registered for use, not deregistered).

Only one vehicle may be used per parking space. Motorcycles or mopeds may not be parked together with a car in the same space. 

Anyone who declines a parking space offer twice will be placed at the back of the queue.

The notice period is 1 month for a car space, 3 months for a motorcycle/moped.
