Applies to those who do not currently rent a parking space. You cannot apply for an additional space, as each apartment is limited to 1 rental contract. However, if you wish to change your space, you can apply here. Please note that Fenix Fastigheter AB charges a fee of 750 SEK excluding VAT for the contract administration.
