Information about the time and place is sent out in a separate notice.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Submit motions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you have any suggestions, ideas or requests within the association? You are welcome to submit motions to: styrelsen@ursvikshojden.se<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Join the board<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today&#039;s board needs reinforcement! We are too few, which means there is a great risk that many tasks will need to be rented out for payment. This could ultimately mean increased fees.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even more seriously, the district court can appoint a special administrator under the Tenancy Rights Act if too few members get involved. This is not only very expensive but also very inefficient, as such a board only does the absolute necessary and nothing more.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A common misconception is that involvement in the board takes a lot of time, but the board meets once a month and in addition to this, we communicate digitally.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work on the board is both educational and meaningful. Get in touch \u2013 we welcome new members. Our manager has identified the fault but the work will need to be carried out during spring\/summer due to the temperature.
